Our crew thrives on building bridges between international storytellers and the vibrant heart of Asia. For “Échappées Belles”, this meant more than scouting iconic locations. We tapped into our deep network, sourced local characters, and orchestrated seamless shoots-rain or shine, city or countryside.

The challenge?

Capture the spirit of a place, and bring the best of Hong Kong for the ever curious and amazing gobe trotting host Sophie Jovillard. Working alongside the French production team, we immersed ourselves in the show’s signature style: spontaneous encounters, immersive experiences, and a genuine curiosity for the world. Whether it was arranging access to hidden neighborhoods, translating cultural nuances, or ensuring every shot felt both cinematic and real, our team was all in.

To be true, producing a 90 mn show is quite a feast and we covered a lot of story grounds for this production. From the Shenzen facing oyster farms of Deep Bay and the crucial mission of The Nature Conservancy to protect oyster reefs to mystical Taoist rituals, from the pioneering food exploration of chef May Chow to the amazing Chinese New year celebrations( Fireworks over Victoria Harbour included) … the show is an invitation to explore an amazing place we at the Fixer call home, Hong Kong,
