At The Hong Kong Fixer, we love art. We really do. So when legendary art critic and filmmaker Heinz Peter Schwerfel asked us to film the pop-up exhibition « Hack Space » and his interviews of major artists like Cao Fei, well this was a job we will remember for a lifetime.

The group exhibition was organised by Serpentine Galleries and the K11 Art Foundation, and featured New Zealand artist Simon Denny together with a group of China-based artists. The event was held during the Art Week and Art Basel in Hong Kong, and was exploring the thematic of shanzhai and open source. Everything is a hack! The program will be aired on Franco-German TV network Arte, so stay tuned for the release date and don’t miss it!
